Five-minute setup
- Settings → Business profile.

- Upload your logo (PNG/JPG, min 200×200px, <2 MB).
- Set business hours/lunch breaks so scheduling reflects real availability.
- Add tax information (VAT/GST number, default tax rate, registration notes).

Legal business name
Appears on invoices and contracts; must match registration documents.
Trading name
Customer-facing name used in emails, reminders, and portal.
Business address
Displayed in invoice footer and used for route planning.
Support email & phone
Used on customer communications and portal contact blocks.
Branding tips
- Use a square logo for best fit (200×200px or larger).
- Transparent PNGs look sharp across invoices, quotes, and portal.
- Preview PDF invoices after uploading to ensure scaling looks good.
Hours & holidays
- Set standard hours for weekdays, weekend availability, and emergency coverage.
- Add lunch breaks to prevent bookings during staff downtime.
- Update the holiday calendar before peak seasons so reminders respect closures.
Tax & compliance
- Add VAT/GST number so invoices show compliant headers.
- Set default tax rates per currency; override on individual line items later.
- Include registration notes (e.g. “VAT reverse charge may apply”) for transparency.
