Can't sign in
- Reset your password using the password reset guide.
- If you recently updated your password, try typing it manually instead of using a saved credential or password manager.
- Ask an administrator to check your user status in Toolfy.
Jobs not showing on schedule
- Confirm the job has a scheduled date/time and is assigned to the correct team.
- Make sure filters (date range, status, team) are not hiding the job.
- Check whether the job was completed or cancelled earlier in the day.
Mobile app not syncing
- Check the technician has an internet connection. Offline work will sync once they reconnect.
- Ask them to pull to refresh to force a sync.
- Follow the mobile sync troubleshooting guide for device-specific fixes.
Invoices not sending
- Confirm the customer has an email address saved.
- If using Stripe, check the Stripe dashboard for any flags or verification issues.
- Look at the invoice timeline—errors such as invalid email addresses will appear there.
